The cold wind is gusting against the blinding night while the leaves ruffle to its beat. Despite the good weather earlier that day, the sky is now darkly clouded, signaling the start of a pour. Late night walkers started to move faster as the unforgiving chill slowly begin to take its toll, caressing the tormented flesh that blithely stands in the pavement, unmoved by the hustling motion around. Her fragile body seems as still as post yet her mind restlessly wander, trapping her to a whirl of thoughts, making her oblivious of anything else.
Slowly, bitter tears rolled down her cheeks as the scroll of the past unfold its painful memories, choking her, charging through her system like a raging bull, tearing open the wounds she thought time has vanished forever, never again will be back to haunt her dreams. She is utterly clueless on how mistaken she is.
