Wednesday morning. We were gearing towards the end of our shift when our boss suddenly had this craving for pancit. And not just any pancit, she is specifically lusting after one which was prepared by Ado's, the most talked about panciteria in Pasig. I think she fell in love with it the first time my office mate brought it with him during his birthday.
That's why, before we called it a day and since I'm the one nearest to the panciteria, she gave me P1,000 to buy for the whole team.I was excited because I am yet to try the craze. So, before going to work the next shift I went there, placed my order, waited for 15mins and carried 2 bilao with me to a waiting cab.
When the spoon hit my mouth, that's when I've proven that I really can't blame her, everything about it will surely whet your appetite. From the moment you open the bilao, the delectable smell will make your palate look forward to a treat. Its noodles are sauteed with veggies and chicken strips just like others, but, what I like most about it, is its topped with coated shrimps (I'm really into shrimps) and chicharon (which is so crunchy especially when the dish is still hot), making the food so tasty that you'll end up craving for more.
I'd surely lure my BF there for more foodie adventure.
yum yum...:)
